1. Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized products
Items damaged due to improper use
Gift cards (if applicable)

4. How to Request a Return

Your order number
Reason for return

You will receive return instructions once your request is approved.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

The refund will be processed within 14 days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will provide a suitable solution.
