6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Koral Butik is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.
