2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the Koral Butik webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products

Koral Butik offers decorative objects for home styling.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, or handmade characteristics and do not constitute grounds for complaints.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.

We accept payments through the payment methods offered by Shopify. Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully completed.

5. Order and Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Koral Butik reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible after payment has been received. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on location and shipping provider.

Koral Butik is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs procedures.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.

Conditions for returns:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal

Once the returned item has been received and approved, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will provide an appropriate solution.

9. Liability

Koral Butik is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or damages resulting from improper use of the products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, texts, logos, and designs, is the property of Koral Butik unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We only use your data to process orders and provide customer service.
